Booking Terms

These Booking Terms apply to every booking arranged through Veloura Travel Limited (company number 17328120), registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 24 Brook Avenue, Wembley, HA9 8PH, United Kingdom.

Last updated: July 2026 · Template for review by a qualified solicitor before publication.

1. Making a booking

Bookings are made by accepting a written quotation and paying the deposit or full balance stated. By booking, the lead traveller confirms they are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of the whole party and that all party details provided are accurate.

2. Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation. Until then, prices and availability may change. On confirmation, your contract for each travel service is with the relevant independent supplier, whose terms apply alongside these Booking Terms.

3. Payments

Deposit amounts, balance due dates and accepted payment methods are stated on your quotation. If a balance is not paid by its due date, suppliers may cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges.

4. Documents and check-in

Itineraries, e-tickets and vouchers are issued electronically. Please check all documents on receipt and report any errors immediately. Travellers are responsible for complying with airline check-in times and supplier instructions.

5. Special requirements

Special requests (accessibility, dietary, seating, celebrations) are passed to suppliers and honoured wherever possible, but cannot be guaranteed unless a supplier confirms them in writing.

6. Conduct and compliance

Travellers must comply with supplier conditions of carriage, local laws, and entry, health and customs requirements of the countries visited.

7. Complaints

If something is not right during travel, contact the supplier locally and notify us as soon as possible on +44 7568 203222 so we can help resolve it. Post-travel complaints should be sent to info.velouratravels@gmail.com within 28 days of return.
