1. Supplier terms apply
Veloura Travel Limited acts as an intermediary between customers and independent third-party travel suppliers. Flights, hotels, transport, tours, cruises and charter services are fulfilled by licensed and independent providers. Supplier-specific terms, cancellation conditions and refund policies may apply.
Because your travel services are fulfilled by independent suppliers, each element of your booking (flight, hotel, transfer, cruise, tour or charter) carries the cancellation and refund conditions of the relevant supplier. These conditions are shown to you before you confirm and pay.
2. Cancelling a booking
To cancel all or part of a booking, contact us as soon as possible by phone and confirm in writing by email. Cancellation takes effect from the date the supplier processes the request.
Some fares, room rates and charter arrangements are partially or fully non-refundable from the moment of confirmation. Where a refund is due under supplier terms, we will pursue it on your behalf and pass it on promptly once received.
3. Changes by suppliers
If a supplier significantly changes or cancels a confirmed service, we will inform you promptly and present the options available under that supplier's terms — typically rebooking, alternatives or a refund of the affected element.
4. Our service fees
Where Veloura charges a separate service or planning fee, that fee relates to work already performed and is generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in your quotation.
5. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance at the time of booking, as it may cover cancellation costs that supplier terms do not.
