Veloura Travel Limited does not own or operate airlines, aircraft, hotels, transport fleets, cruise ships or charter flights. All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers under their own licences, certifications and conditions.
2. Supplier responsibility
The performance of each travel service — including safety, punctuality, quality and regulatory compliance — is the responsibility of the supplier providing it. Supplier-specific terms, cancellation conditions and refund policies apply to every element of your booking and are made available before confirmation.
3. No licence claims
Veloura Travel Limited does not claim ATOL, IATA, ABTA or CAA approval or membership, or any other licence or accreditation, unless expressly stated in writing. Where financial protection applies to a specific booking through a supplier's own arrangements, this will be indicated on the relevant documentation.
