1. Broker, not operator
Veloura Travel Limited arranges private jet and aircraft charter services through licensed aviation operators and approved charter partners. Veloura Travel Limited is a charter broker only. We do not own or operate aircraft, we do not employ flight crew, and we do not hold an Air Operator Certificate.
2. Operator responsibility
Every charter flight arranged through us is performed by a licensed, independent aviation operator that holds the required certificates and approvals for the flight in question. The operator is solely responsible for the operation and safety of the flight, the aircraft and its crew.
3. Contracts and terms
Charter bookings are subject to the operator's charter agreement and conditions, which will be provided before confirmation. Quotations are indicative until an operator confirms availability and price.
4. Changes beyond our control
Aviation is subject to weather, slot availability, airspace and technical factors. Where changes occur, we will coordinate alternatives with the operator on your behalf, in line with the operator's terms.
