Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

Veloura Travel Limited ("Veloura", "we", "us") is a UK-based international travel company and travel intermediary serving customers primarily in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia.

Veloura Travel Limited acts as an intermediary between customers and independent third-party travel suppliers. Flights, hotels, transport, tours, cruises and charter services are fulfilled by licensed and independent providers. Supplier-specific terms, cancellation conditions and refund policies may apply.

2. Our role as intermediary

We arrange travel services on your behalf with independent third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, destination management companies, ground transport providers and licensed aviation operators. We do not own or operate airlines, aircraft, hotels, transport fleets or charter flights.

When a booking is confirmed, your contract for the travel service itself is with the relevant supplier. Their terms and conditions apply in addition to these terms and will be made available to you before confirmation.

3. Quotations and bookings

All quotations are provided in good faith and remain subject to availability and price changes by suppliers until a booking is confirmed and paid for. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.

You are responsible for ensuring that all details supplied (names as per passport, dates, destinations, contact details) are accurate. Charges may apply for corrections after confirmation, in line with supplier terms.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in the currency stated on your quotation and include the elements itemised. Payment terms, deposits and balance due dates will be set out in your quotation and confirmation documents.

Some suppliers reserve the right to adjust prices (for example, for fuel, taxes or exchange rate changes) before full payment. Any such changes will be communicated to you promptly.

5. Travel documents, visas and health

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation for your itinerary. While we offer visa guidance as a courtesy, the final responsibility for meeting entry requirements rests with the traveller.

We recommend all travellers obtain appropriate travel insurance at the time of booking.

6. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by the terms of the relevant supplier, which may include non-refundable elements and amendment fees. Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Booking Terms for details.

7. Liability

As an intermediary, we exercise reasonable skill and care in selecting and instructing suppliers. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, events beyond our reasonable control, or losses that were not foreseeable when the booking was made.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms should be sent to info.velouratravels@gmail.com or +44 7568 203222, or in writing to our registered office.
